• You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Electrical parts once fitted.

• Items that have been used, damaged, or modified.

• Clearance, discounted, or final sale items.

🛠️ Faulty or Wrong Items

• If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged/faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process.
